Welcome to the Raintree Village Condominium website. Our community is located in Clearwater, a sprawling city of 100,000 which includes Clearwater Beach, the world-famous resort area. And we're part of the "Tampa Bay" metroplex of nearly 2 million people.
Raintree Village is ideally located at the highest geographic point in the region, and close to everything. We're 20 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Clearwater Beach and 10 minutes from Tampa Bay. We're near virtually every resource a community can offer from outdoor recreation to world class theatre, sports teams, beaches, festivals and concerts. We're surrounded by good restaurants, theaters, shopping, medical services, and entertainment.
Raintree Village is an eye-catching community with mature landscaping, huge residential units arranged as villas, a fine clubhouse and beautiful pool. We're only 110 residential units and 160 people in a Sylvan setting yet we're just a comfortable mile from US 19, the major highway in the region. When you meet some of the original residents who are still here after 35 years, you'll know it's a fine place to live! We're a 55+ community (which means at least 80% of us are over age 55). We have parties, movies, informal pool activity, and weekly neighbor gatherings for those who crave companionship; and we have quiet streets and yards for those who don't.
